Postadressen.dk is a private service for receiving and digitising physical mail via a dedicated mailing address. The address is not a residential address and cannot be used for CPR registration or for Digital Post from public authorities. Physical mail is scanned and destroyed by default, unless otherwise agreed in advance. The customer is responsible for regularly checking their cloud folder and responding to mail in a timely manner.. Scanned mail is uploaded as a PDF to the customer's secure personal cloud folder.

We operate under clear internal procedures for the handling, access, and destruction of mail in accordance with the Terms of Service.

To ensure correct use of the service, it is important to clarify what Postadressen.dk does not offer:

✕ Parcel reception or goods delivery
✕ Civil registration address or official residential address
✕ Business address or company mail
✕ Storage, physical forwarding, or collection of mail after scanning
✕ Handling of urgent or time-critical mail
✕ Use for public registration or official purposes
✕ Legal advice, assessment of mail content, or monitoring of deadlines
✕ Receipt of cash, cheques, or valuables
✕ The address is not available for in-person visits.
